Myanmar (also known as Burma) is an emerging economy with a nominal GDP of $66.324 billion dollars in 2016 and an estimated purchasing power adjusted GDP of $334.85 billion dollars in 2016. Historically, Burma was the main trade route between India and China since 100 BC.
