Title: morning exercise or evening exercise?

My question is very simple. I want to know that either morning exercise is helpful to reduce weight or evening exercise?

Morning exercise all the way. Mainly, because you do it on an empty stomach and there are more chances of burning fat that is already stored in your body.

I prefer working out in the morning; I like getting it out of the way right away and I don't have to worry about any distractions or things coming up.

Morning exercise can give you fresh mind to whole day. You can do some sets of dumbell curl. If you don't like to do weight lifting then stretching is the best idea to do. Give stretching with cardio exercise for 20minute in the morning. You can do same exercise at evening.

Exercising in the morning can make you feel more energetic the whole day, and it is help you to reduce weight very fast rather than exercising during evening.

Morning is perfect timing of exercise. It create good effects on body and health. Morning time is full of refreshment and cool which create well health. It effects well on peoples mind and provide excellence stamina.
