    * Fish – 1/2 kg (bone and skin less).

    * Ginger and garlic paste -2 table spoon.

    * Red chilly powder – 1teaspoon.

    * Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon.

    * Corn flour -3 table spoon.

    * Egg – 2(In numbers).

    * Lemon juice -2 teaspoon.

    * Oil –1/2 litre.

    * Salt –needful amount.

    * Pepper- needful amount.
