What are the best exercises to lose weight quickly? I heard brisk walking is the best option to burn fats, what if the person has cardio problems, how long does he need to take a walk for him to stay healthy? And how often each day?

Swimming, walking and cycling are the best exercise to stay healthy, also you should take green vegetables, fruits, juice like lemon juice and orange juice both are best for your health. you should not take oily food and fast food because it's a effected for your health.
