Stress can actually cause a number of health and mood problems.  It can also diminish appetite and sleep quality.  When you run, you force your body to exert excess energy and hormones.  Running also helps to reduce your chances of developing tension headaches.

It always say that Wake early in the morning and i would like to add Go For walk daily
It is always to better run daily it will keep you fit and healthy.
for a minimum 1 km. running more then enough for normal person as a daily exercise. by this all your body parts will work properly and you will active all time.

A lot of people really want to get into running for health benefits,
but what many people don't realize is that running can also have other
positive effects on you and the people around you. Running can be be
great for reliving stress and depression. When you run, your body
releases endorphins, which are its natural antidepressants. You should
just try to go out and run for a while. It works wonders! Running is
great for your heart and blood pressure and can help fight disease. It
also gives you a huge boost in energy. Lastly, it is a GREAT way to
lose weight. Everyone "knows" this, but no one wants to seem to do the
work. Most people seem to be content hopping from diet to diet when
none of them work.

I also do running in the morning and it's make me fresh whole day,
i do cardio exercise as well.

Wear sport shoes while running.
Keep your stomach empty.
Don't eat anything while running.
Take a gap of 5 hours between meals and running.
