Chicken bits

    * Chicken- 500 grams.

    * Garlic and ginger paste- 4 table spoon.

    * Plain flour- 100 grams.

    * Red chilly powder- 3 table spoon.

    * Coconut oil- 200 grams.

    * Gram flour- 2 table spoon.

    * Salt- needful amount.

Wash chicken breasts and pat dry. Cut into 1-inch strips. Sprinkle chicken strips with salt and garlic powder, turning pieces so all sides are seasoned. Continue seasoning with with red and black peppers. Refrigerate for 1 hour to bring out the flavor of sesonings.
