Network marketing is a ubiquitous part of selling a product. They use this structure to explain the disparity in payment between members at the top and members at the bottom.

This is because very often those products are going to be completely useless if not downright harmful. You need to be sure that you’re selling and promoting a product that’s completely safe and totally effective. Members of the high-status group are actually going to be less likely to buy things based on their friends’ behavior. Instead, they’ll be more likely to focus their time on having unique experiences of their own and posting about it on social media.
As a result of all of this, social influence rises in the middle-class group but makes a sharp decline in the high-status group. It’s important to note, of course, that the network marketing of sites like Facebook and the rest has been very low. The reason for this is that people simply aren’t coming online onto these sites with the idea of buying products in mind. They’re going there to socialize and cultivate friendships with other people.
NETWORK MARKETING ONLINE
The truth of the matter is that online network marketing is doing better than regular network marketing. If the whole purpose of advertising is to influence someone else’s behavior, then there are better ways to do it. Instead of simply going through a humdrum traditional advertising campaign, companies can start to give away some of their products to a select number of users and hope that that starts a viral campaign. Viral campaigns can often be more successful than traditional marketing campaigns, as they bring people together and cause them to engage with the product in a way that couldn’t be done before.
