I am looking for information about what is the In order to purchase stocks, people usually need the assistance of a stockbroker who is licensed to purchase securities on their behalf. However, before you find them, you need to figure out what type of stockbroker is suitable for you. There are four basic categories of stockbrokers available, ranging from cheap and simple order-takers to the more expensive brokers who provide full-service, in-depth financial analysis, advice and recommendations: online/discount brokers, discount one with assistance, full-service or money managers. The first is basically just order-takers and provide the least expensive way to start investing. They have typically no office to visit and no certified financial planners or advisors to help you. You can talk with them only over the phone or via the internet. Cost is usually based on a per transaction or per share basis, allowing you to open an account with little money. You buy and sell stocks instantly with just a few clicks. If you feel you are knowledgeable enough to take on the responsibilities of directing your own investments or if you want to learn how to purchase shares without making a large financial commitment, this is seemly the way to go. The second type is basically the same as the first, but they’re likely to charge a very small account fee for the extra assistance. However, this is usually just providing a bit more information and resources to help you with your investing. The third is traditional type who take the time to sit down with you and get to know you personally and financially. They look at factors such as: marital status, lifestyle, personality, age, income, assets, debts and more. Then they work with you to develop a financial plan best suited to your investment goals and objectives, also assist with estate planning, tax advice, retirement planning, budgeting and any other type of financial advice. Despite the expensive but they are professional financial advisor. The forth likes financial advisors but may take full discretion over a client’s account. They charge hefty management fees based on the assets under management and not per transaction. Badin, Pakistan?
