First of all you should try to avoid some oily foods. You should eat the green vegetables and fruits, drink at least 8 to 9 glasses water in a day, drink black or green tea. You should wake up early morning and start to walking, swimming, talking, etc.

The best way to start dieting and exercising is to set achievable goals, create a realistic plan, and gradually implement changes. Here's a short guide:Set Clear Goals: Define specific and achievable goals for your diet and exercise, such as losing a certain amount of weight or improving fitness levels.

 • Plan Your Diet: Focus on balanced meals with plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Cut back on processed foods, sugary drinks, and excessive snacking.

 • Start Slow: Begin with manageable changes to your diet and exercise routine. For example, start with small, regular meals and incorporate short, moderate-intensity workouts into your schedule.

 • Stay Consistent: Stick to your plan and make gradual adjustments as needed. Consistency is key to long-term success in both dieting and exercise.

 • Monitor Progress: Keep track of your food intake and exercise habits to assess your progress. Adjust your plan accordingly to stay on track with your goals.

 • Seek Support: Consider working with a nutritionist or personal trainer for guidance and support. Surround yourself with friends and family who encourage healthy habits.

 • Stay Positive: Be patient with yourself and celebrate small victories along the way. Focus on the positive changes you're making for your health and well-being.
