This technique puts extra pressure on muscles related to your hips, as well as your hips themselves, allowing you to squat more weight than you ordinarily would be able to squat. Your diet should include whole, fresh foods when you are trying to bulk up. Avoid pre-packaged foods that come in boxes, which often contain chemicals, preservatives, and fillers that can hinder your body's ability to heal itself. Eating in a healthy manner is a great way to improve your immunity.
