I think if you stop smoking, you can extend your life for at least 10 years. On top of that if you start exercising and eating a healthy diet and keep your weight down, you might live another extra 5-10 years. I think there are a lot of things in our lives that reduce our life expectancy and most of these things can be controlled or avoided. Whether it is pollution, stress, risky behavior, diet or fitness; there are a lot of parts of our lives that we can change in order to not only live linger but live healthier and happier.
